COIVIC CONTRACTING LTD
Coivic Contracting Ltd. is a family owned and operated business, now in it second generation. Since its inception in 1980 by Manuel Coito, Coivic has always help to build the some of the most prestigious gardens in Southern Ontario. With fundamentals in Landscape Construction and exceptional Stone Masonry Work, a solid reputation for high quality was built.
George Coito started working summers in the family business when he was 14 years old. He started learning the skills involved in the business at this young age, and decided he wanted to continue working in this field. With a Degree in Landscape Architecture, from Ryerson Polytechnic University, he helped bring in fundamental Landscape Design principles to the firm. Coivic continues collaboration with many Landscape Architects, finding new and efficient ways to build complex Landscapes. We continue to be on the cutting edge of construction technology and integrating better building practices on our sites.
With George's vision, Coivic has grown to become a multi-faceted force in the Landscape Construction Industry of Southern Ontario. We have been able to grow to offer several Landscape Services to our resume. A Landscape Design Department. A maintenance and garden care division. A Specimen Tree Sales division, and garden soil production and sales department.
Exceptional quality has been the driving force behind a business that has been built by word of mouth referrals. We have a philosophy that slow controlled growth is the best way forward.
