George started working summers in the family business at 14 years old and quickly developed a love for the industry. With a degree in Landscape Architecture, from Ryerson Polytechnic University, he brought fundamental Landscape Design Principles to the firm.

George remains the President and General Manager at Coivic and oversees all day-to-day operations of the business.

Rob joined the Coivic team in 2007, equipped with over 20 years experience, a passion for design, and an extensive knowledge of construction principles. He attended Ryerson Polytechnic University to obtain a degree in Landscape Architecture and went on to become a full member of the Ontario Association of Landscape Architects (OALA).

Rob currently heads up our in-house design division.

Andrew joined the Coivic team in 2022. Prior to joining our team, he successfully ran his own landscape design-build firm. He earned a diploma in landscape design from Fanshawe College and went on to receive Certified Landscape Design status.

At Coivic, Andrew is responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish.

Dan joined the Coivic team early in the 2022 season, with 10 years of experience in landscape design and construction. He holds a degree in Integrated Land Planning Technologies from Fanshawe College. He is currently an Associate Member of the Ontario Association of Landscape Architects and is working towards full membership. 

Dan is a Project Manager at Coivic and focuses on project preparation and technical design.   

Kyle joined the Coivic in 2020, equipped with a decade of technical expertise and applied knowledge in landscape design and construction. He earned an Advance Diploma in Landscape Design from Fanshawe College.

Kyle works closely with the design team to create landscape concept designs, detailed project schematics and landscape visualizations.

Sam joined Coivic in 2021, bringing with him an enthusiasm for plants in the landscape. He graduated from the University of Guelph’s Master of Landscape Architecture program in 2020 and has 10 years experience in residential landscaping.

Sam manages nursery sales and contributes to all facets of the design process including detailed project schematics, presentation graphics and project facilitation.

Geordi joined Coivic in 2019 following an extensive career building custom homes in the high-end residential sector. With 39 years of on-site construction experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge in construction techniques and practices to the firm.

Geordi employs his industry experience in his role as a project manager and as a certified Renson pergola installer.

With over 30 years in the nursery management and plant growing industry, Clint brings an expert level of knowledge and experience to the job. He is a graduate of Mohawk College and has an enduring enthusiasm for auto mechanics.

Clint is Coivic’s lead planting foreman and oversees the care and maintenance of plant material in the nursery and manages logistics and coordination for Coivic’s fleet of vehicles.

Sherry joined Coivic in the spring of 2016.  She brings with her over 20 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll administration. Graduating college with Honors in Computer Programming and Accounting, she quickly found a passion for working with numbers.

Sherry enjoys working behind the scenes with the Coivic Team to help maintain the company’s growing needs and ensure success for the future.

Carmelo joined Coivic in 2024. With experience in automotive and real-estate accounting, he looks to bring his knowledge of the field to Coivic. He graduated from TriOS College Accounting and Payroll program with honours.

Carmelo looks forward to applying these skills in the landscape industry.

Marta joined the Coivic Team in 2018 after making a transition from her successful career in physiotherapy. She applies her expertise in administration, logistics and customer relations to ensure continued client satisfaction.

Marta oversees the scheduling and supervision of Coivic’s garden care division.
